Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using OneListen or OneWave, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License

PacificTones grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for normal personal use.

3. Radio streams and content

The apps provide access to publicly available radio streams, artwork, metadata, and related media content from third-party sources.

PacificTones does not host or control third-party radio stations or external media services.

4. User responsibilities

• Use the apps only in accordance with applicable laws.
• Do not interfere with app functionality, streaming services, or advertising systems.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, services, or data.

5. Third-party services

The apps may rely on third-party services including streaming providers, artwork hosts, advertising services, content delivery networks, Apple services, Microsoft services, and other platform infrastructure.

OneListen (iOS) may display advertising provided by Google AdMob.

OneWave (Windows) currently does not use third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

OneWave also uses VLC media components licensed under the LGPL.

6. Purchases

Optional purchases and subscriptions, where available, are processed directly through the relevant platform provider, including Apple or Microsoft.

7. Disclaimer

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Availability, streams, metadata, artwork, and online services may change or become unavailable at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PacificTones shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the apps.

Features, services, and these terms may be updated or changed over time.
