1. Overview

OneListen and OneWave do not collect, store, or share personal data from users.

The apps operate without user accounts, personal profiles, analytics systems, or tracking mechanisms.

Favorites, playlists, preferences, and settings remain stored locally on your device.

2. Network and online services

The apps connect to online services only when required for core functionality, such as radio streaming, artwork loading, and metadata retrieval.

These external services may receive standard technical information (such as IP address or device type) as part of normal internet communication. This information is not collected, stored, or processed by the apps.

3. Advertising

OneListen (iOS) uses Google AdMob to display ads in the free version of the app.

Google AdMob may collect and process data such as device identifiers, advertising data, and app interaction information for the purpose of delivering and measuring ads. This data may be used for tracking across apps and websites, in accordance with Google's own policies.

If the ad-free version of the app is purchased, advertising is disabled and no advertising-related data is collected or used.

OneWave (Windows) does not use advertising SDKs.

4. Analytics

No analytics, telemetry, behavioral tracking, or user profiling systems are used.

5. Permissions

• OneListen (iOS): Internet access is required for streaming, artwork loading, metadata, and online functionality.
• OneWave (Windows): Internet access is required for streaming and content loading. Some system permissions may be used for media playback and desktop integration features.

6. Purchases

Optional purchases, where available, are processed directly by platform providers such as Apple or Microsoft. Payment information is handled by those platforms.

7. GDPR and regional privacy rights

Since no personal data is collected or stored by the apps, most data access or deletion requests do not apply.

8. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the apps introduce new features or services in the future.
